The Hardwood Cotton Reel Head listening stick gives excellent amplification of sound, enabling the identification of possible leaks in the water distribution network.

This basic, cost effective type of listening stick is still the preferred tool of many Watermen.

• Detachable wooden head which is screwed onto the shaft and secured by means of a lock-nut.
