The Vernon Morris diaphragm type mains pressure test pump (VM125) is able to inject at a rate of 121 lpm to a maximum of 20 bar, which enables larger mains to be tested within an optimum timescale. This tough compact unit can easily be transported in a small van. The VM BP125 can be supplied with pressure and flow data capture equipment, enabling the facility of being able to produce a graph in Microsoft Excel to identify pipeline performance.
The VM125 mains pressure test pump is supplied with 6 metres of 1” suction hose complete with filter assembly.
The Vernon Morris mains pressure test pump can be supplied as:
• A stand-alone unit complete with 1” suction hose (Part No. VM125)
OR
• Pump complete with hoses and 2 contractors standpipes (Part No. VM125A)
The two contractors standpipes supplied are identified as follows:
• ¾” contractors standpipe complete with LRT base, DCV and hose union bib tap.
• ¾” contractors standpipe complete with ball valve and 2 x pressure points.
A ‘Toughbook’ field based laptop can also be supplied to compliment the package listed
above providing the capability of field based
