Aluminum Extension Folding Telescopic Loft Ladder (3.8M/12.5ft) Straight Attic Telescoping Ladders with Certificate.  The ladder has EN131 EU certification to ensure that they are safe to use.  Made from high quality aluminium alloy, with an oxidised surface to prolong it's service life.  It has non-slip and wear-resistant rubber feet to ensure the ladder stays on the ground secure.  You can adjust step by step reach and retract any desired height by using the slide latches.  The ladder has protection spacers to avoid friction and bumping during retraction.

The maximum height is 12.5ft and the minimum height is 2.8ft.

Maximum load capacity is 150kg/330lb.
